  2. The voucher must be presented at time of purchase.
  3. No photocopies accepted.
  4. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount, except at the manager’s discretion.
  5. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, and has no cash or transferrable value.
  6. Only one voucher can be used per transaction.
  7. Vouchers are dated and must be used on day of purchase.

Suspended Coffees

  1. Any item can be purchased from the Coffee Box menu and donated to someone in need via our ‘Suspended Coffee’ scheme.
  2. Donated items cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferrable.
  3. Donated items will be held until someone claims them.
  4. No refunds can be given on ‘suspended’ items.
  5. To receive a ‘suspended’ drink or food item, please ask at the counter. Our staff will be discreet and you will be treated in the same way as any other customer.
  6. Our definition of ‘someone in need’ is broad. We will not judge you on appearances. We fully appreciate that anyone can fall into hard times or crisis situations, and our ethos is to err on the side of generosity. We do, however, reserve the right to deny a request.
